Description of property

Mediterranean decor combined with light colourful furnishings give this villa a spacious and sunny feel. There is a large living room with fireplace, a separate dining room and provencal kitchen all leading out to main terraces and the garden. Each of the first floor bedrooms (Bedrooms 1,2 and 3) open onto a terrace and all have delightful sea views. The whole property has sea views and is south facing. Entertainment: CD/tuner/tape, TV, Satellite (UK channels), Cable TV (European channels) and Video/DVD Player with a selection of films.

Garden and terrace

The pool (11m) has a retractable cover and so can be used virtually year round. The pool also has an approved cover for child safety. There is a boule pitch and plenty of room for children to play in the private garden. There is a very well-equipped summer kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven, gas hobs, sink and bar area. Close by is a large covered terrace for out door eating and relaxing.

Bedroom 5	Single bedroom (suitable disabled) with sea and garden view. On ground floor next to guest toilet

Surrounding area

The villa is around a 15 minute walk from beaches, local restaurants and shops. Local shops include boulangerie and a Petit Casino. Carrefour and Geant can be reached by a short drive. There is a daily market in Antibes old town which is great place to explore. Biot is home to lovely hand-made glass and other Artisan shops. There are also a wealth of museums nearby, for example Piccaso, Renoir, Maeght Foundation. Around the Antibes area there is access to local watersports, tennis and golf. The villa, itself, is within an easy walk of the Vaugrenier woods which offer many trails, lakes, lots of trees and space.

Notes to the rental rates

Christmas and New year are priced at the mid season rate.
A security deposit of £500 is required for all rental periods.
Should bed linen and towels be required then these are available at a rental price of £15 per person. This package includes a top and bottom sheet, two pillow cases, bath and hand towels.

Reservations usually commence on a Saturday particularly during peak times, ie. July and August. At other times of the year the start day and, indeed, duration of holiday are negotiable.
