Set into the hillside in the western part of Nice, this beautiful apartment
has panoramic views over the Mediterranean across to Cap Ferrat.
The apartment has a private garden to the west with its own orange and olive
tree. There are two large terraces overlooking one of the two swimming pools
and a private gate leads directly from the private garden to the pool. There
are also large well kept gardens exclusively for the use of residents.
The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a bathroom/toilet and separate
toilet. Accommodation comprises a spacious double/twin bedded room and
double sofa bed in the large living room. There is also a second small
bedroom that can provide accommodation for either one person on a camp bed or
a young person in a travel cot. The terraces, garden and living room from its
triple french windows, all enjoy fantastic views.
There is parking available in an enclosed garage underneath the apartments
and local shops offering a range of fresh produce are within a few minutes
walk.
Nice is well located for visiting many lovely places, such as Grasse or St
Paul de Vence, inland and other delightful haunts along the Riviera.
