has panoramic views of the mountains and entire Baie des Anges and over the
Mediterranean from Cap Ferrat to Cap d'Antibes. The apartment is in a
residence called Aracadia II which is one of the most prestigious
residential condominiums in Nice.
The apartment has a large terrace with wonderful panoramic sea views, it also
overlooks the beautiful gardens of Arcadia. In addition, there is a rear
terrace, accessed from the kitchen and twin bedroom, that gets the afternoon
sun. There is a large swimming pool and an excellent restaurant/bar area for
the use of residents. There are also facilities for boules and table tennis
